To delete or not to delete?

well i used TuneUp DiskExplorer on my Drive C then i saw this huge file "EnterWW.cab" ranging for about 200mb in size the question now is can i delete this one or i should keep it?

If you delete files from the MSOCACHE directory and try to do a repair installation of Microsoft Office it may fail. Then again to my knowledge you really don't need the MSOCACHE folder at all - so long as you have the original installation discs handy and know exactly where they are should they be needed.

I personally leave the MSOCACHE folder intact because it may be needed for repair installations (which are fast to do), or when installing Office service pack updates.
