TO DELETE OR NOT TO DELETE......THAT IS THE QUESTION.

Ive been using CCleaner for years and have had a question.

I'm not a computer genius, but know just enough to get me in trouble.

In the past after using CCleaner. It was like it had gone and cleaned out

all my passwords of the sites i went to.

To prevent this in the future, are there any boxes I need to uncheck,

before I use it next time, so that doesn't happen again?

hello,

i mean yes.

for your (perhaps more as one) browsers you must uncheck some boxes -> for firefox, google chrome, ie (or edge)

edge chromium:

1.) cookies

2.) saved form information

3.) saved passwords

ie:

1.) cookies

2.) autocomplete formhistory

3.) saved passwords

firefox:

1.) cookies

2.) saved form information

3.) saved passwords

google chrome:

-> like edge chromium

put im not absolutly sure about this, perhaps some others may adding this or another point :-)

Trium,

Thank you for your information.

At least that is a start.

I look forward for others to chime in.

Thanks again.
