Speccy V1.30.730 reporting Titan X Pascal as only have 4Gb of VRAM rather than 12.

There's no picture attached Jamie, but it's maybe not needed.
I don't have an answer for you, and in case none of the other guys do I'll point your post out to the developers.
Just to confirm, your issue is being looked at Jamie, and a future update may provide a fix.

I have an EVGA GTX 1070 FTW card, and instead of the 8 GB, it too is only showing 4 GB (4096 MB.) Just double checked with GPU-Z to confirm my card is fine.

it may be the usual DDR cycle hertz thing.
