Ticket #{Removed by Mod}, asking here since it's likely the email won't be answered

From what I’ve read in community posts, it appears that emails to support@ccleaner.com are not answered in a reasonable time, if at all. Assuming that’s the case, I’ll repeat what I had in the emails here:

I was improperly billed 30 days prior to my actual billing date. I wish to cancel and get refunded, unless you’ll give me the deal that I see on another computer that has the ‘free’ version (Professional Plus for 1 year $23.98).

This is a user forum, we do not have any access to billing or accounts.

The staff who visit here will sometimes intervene if/when a user is having a support problem.
They only visit, they are not here 24-7, so if they do intervene that can also take time.

However whilst they will help with tough or seemingly stuck cases, they are not going to help if you just want to try and jump the queue.

PS. Please do not post anything unique to you, such as a ticket number, in plain sight where it could then be used by someone else to impersonate you.
