There was a time when Windows would BSOD every day.

Be thankful Windows has only done this once.

If you cannot get this to repeat there is not much chance for anyone else to reproduce and investigate.

Too true. In my eight years of using CCleaner on multiple systems it has only crashed once.

I don't think it has ever crashed in my 7 years of using it, but if it had, I'd reckon it to be my own fault (trying to get it to do something it cannot or whatever)

Fault module kernelbase.dll may be the reason here not ccleaner.

If you google Fault module kernelbase.dll you will get many hits all involving different apps.

Yeah, and sometimes Windows just may have an issue during a particular session of using it where a reboot can fix the problem.
