My CC Professional Account was cancelled and the License Deactivated.
I did not want to Cancel.

There are a few reasons why a licence would be cancelled, and what you should do next will depend on why it was deactivated.
Firstly, had you just recently purchased a new licence?
(Maybe you wanted another licence for a different computer?)
Is this CCleaner for Windows/Mac, or for Android?
How was your licence 'cancelled', did you get a message?
Did any message say why it had been cancelled?
If you open CCleaner and go to Options>License Key what date does it give for the expiry date?
When did you purchase your licence?
Was it purchased from CCleaner or from somewhere else?
