There is no “Next” button for the form

I forgot to cancel the auto-renewal before the renewal date and try to ask for the refund. I’ve already fill the form for agent but unable to submit it

If you don’t see the ‘Next’ button when you open the form (before typing anything in) simply refresh the page and it should show, then you can fill in the form and click ‘Next’.

If you have already filled the form before noticing that the ‘Next’ is missing then I’m afraid that the refresh clears the form and you will have to start again.

I refresh the page for somany times and nothing happened :smiling_face_with_tear:

Mmm, try temporarily turning off any adblockers that you have running, (or making the page with the form an exception/aliow in them).

I know from experience that sometimes they can cause buttons not to be displayed.

(If you have Malwarebytes Browser Guard then the same applies, make the page an “Allow”).

Or try a different browser, and/or double check that your browser security settings are not Strict/Enhanced which can also cause issues with webpages.
