Hi!
I need a little help. I have a WD my book live (personal cloud plugged on router) and managed to delete a folder full of my kids photos on it.
I got it apart and connected via a SATA to UBS docking station to my Windows 8 laptop.
First the laptop wants me to format the drive, which I refuse to do since I don't want to loose any data.
Recuva found 146 files after a deep scan, but when I click "recover" it sends a message that it can not recover the files even though it found them and shown green and healhy.
Help!!! Am I doing something wrong?? Or is recuva not working as intended?
