The Security Breech at Piriform during September 2017

I have not received an email concerning the status, and possible state of my computer after the security breech of the application CCleaner as it was announced on national news. I feel Piriform has been grossly irresponsible to clientele of their product. An email concerning this breech to everyone who purchased it is way over due.

So just what are the concerns I an end-user should have right now?
