I have been using CCleaner since I found it in 2007. I have an interest and a curiosity about the old 1.0x versions. I have collected most versions from 1.06.050 thru 3.10. Of all you old time Crap Cleaner user that were there from the start, would any of you have versions 1.00 through 1.06.049 to share? I am also looking for 1.09.055. I am familiar with the Neowin forums from January 2004 on the subject. Please let me know. Thanks a bunch!

I installed 1.09.056, the icon is "tootally retro" as the kids say.

You can test any program to see if it's clean. After downloading, run it through Metascan Online before installing.
There's also IObit Cloud.
Stuff from Old Versions is pretty good and solid.
Among others, I have contributed the oldest versions of CCleaner to OldVersion.com, versions 1.06.050 to 1.15.078. Interestingly enough, I have found old stuff on 2 or 3 different S. Korean websites (They save most everything). I also found old versions of CCleaner on Piriform.com and CCleaner.com themselves - only from the past! This is through a gem call the Wayback Machine (www.archive.org).
So, if all of you could please check your old XP machines for old versions of CCleaner. I know the some of he earliest ones were downloaded as "CCSetup.zip" or have CCSetupXP103 thru CCSetupXP106. The files would date anywhere from 2002 to March of 2004.
