The newly installed cc 4.16.4763 crashed!

Hi there,

new here, yet, I have been usin' your cc for years.

Well, this morning I tried to clean unwanted traces and other pups like this stubborn one in system, then I met an exception error; then I d/led the new version, overinstalled the old one. And then, I saw the similar error below:

BTW, where to find the software log for further research?
