the burglar left the spoons behind because they were not....

(wanted, his, silver, clean) - what's the end of that sentence?

According to this, I'd say "silver".

I want your answer and reason

Well, read the link. It's quite long, but you'll understand soon enough. :)

That defeats the whole point

OK, without reading Aethec's link or any other, I'll have a go at making a fool of myself.

It has to be silver, because I've never seen a valuable spoon made of any higher value metal. And anything not silver is just your bog standard stainless steel or worse.

And if this is a trick question, I've walked into it for you. :)

That defeats the whole point

Well, when I don't kn ow something, I usually Google it

It's obvious why... they weren't playable.

According to this, I'd say "silver".

Lol I read the whole thing, and I say "gold"

I'd say "clean" because otherwise they'd be all grody.

No links come on people we need real reasons why "you" choosed it

...sanitary

The burgular doesn't know where that spoon went or what it did or the last time it was cleaned. Personally, I wouldn't touch a spoon that someone's used. Who knows what they've used it for.

wanted.

A burglar would rather want something of higher value. Just put myself in the burglar's stolen shoes.

what's the end of that sentence?

I'm more interested now in what's the end of this thread? Is there an answer, or are we all left hanging?
