This is a user forum, we are all users here.
I’t isn’t the first time we have seen that message, not everybody sees it.
To me it looks like something that got left over months ago when CCleaner7 changed from an Alpha to a Beta.
Why it should still be popping up for some users now I have no idea, but I suspect that it is meant to be showing you a different message.
(CCleaner showing people the wrong message is nothing new at all).
