I have a recurrent problem in that my laptop (dell inspiron 1545) keeps crashing after i use youtube to play more than a couple of videos, irrespective of length. This requires that i perform a hard shutdown of my laptop, and restart. I then run CCLeaner after clicking the UAC icon in system tray (I cannot bypass this.) After running CCleaner, there are always temporary IE files remaining, and I cannot remove them regardless of how many times I run CCleaner. The strange thing about this is that I have not used Internet Explorer for well over 1 year, as I prefer Firefox. If I then open my homepage on firefox and close and run CCleaner again, all temporary files are then cleaned. I am running Windows Vista Home Premium with sp2. Any solutions to these problems would be appreciated, many thanks, Zaph0dd23
are you running any vista desktop gadgets?
