Hello,
I'm using Defraggler for quite some time now but there's one major problem: it won't defragment eMule's temporary files (all of them in the Temp folder with .part, .part.met and .part.met.bak extensions) as well as all files within the default download folder of my BitTorrent client ?Torrent. Until maybe version 1.16 or 1.17 they did appear red (fragmented) in the drive map but not in the file list. Since then (either version 1.17 or 1.18) they're now blue (not fragmented) in the drive map and still won't show in the file list. When using the action Defrag Drive they are not defragmented either.
So I can't use Defraggler usefully on the drive containing these folders and files.
As far as I know neither files and folders are added to the exceptions. I'm using Defraggler v1.19 on Windows XP Home with SP3. Both eMule and ?Torrent are in their most recent versions.
I sure would like some clue of why it's not working and how I can make it work. Thanks in advance.
P.S. It seems that if I use the actions Defrag Folder... or Defrag File... Defraggler recognizes and defragments the files. But this won't apply the optimization the full Defrag Drive action produces.
