I'm Charlie and I'm a Product Manager for CCleaner.

I'm currently talking to users of CCleaner about how and why they use the product, and I'd love to hear from members of this forum too.

Charlie, do you think that you could possibly type out the questions that you would be asking?

Some people (such as myself) may not have any interest in vocal feedback. I prefer to type, as I am much more comfortable and eloquent with it. The reason being, is that I have Asperger's Syndrome.

yearly, in order to continue auto-update and priority support. The program itself doesn't stop working though
