I did a system restore to factory settings accidently. Can this programme recover my lost files. I do have back up disk of my old files, but I made a couple of new saves that are not on their, so I need to try and find them if possible..

The operating system is probably relevant.
Also WHAT factory settings - I guess different computer suppliers have different procedures and methods.
Who knows, you have have one that wipes the system partition before installing.
