System restore doesn't show up in ccleaner 3.08

I'm using WinXP SP3 with system restore monitoring only the c drive partition while the d and e drives are not monitored. With ccleaner 3.08 the system restore box is empty, but if I close ccleaner and restart it finds the system restore entries. CCleaner version 3.07 never had this problem. I have reverted back to 3.07.

Works okay now with 3.09.
