System Restore, defrag, and other users' trash

Have a short list of issues with CCleaner, which would otherwise be the perfect tool for me..

1> When i specify in Include to also clean the \Temp or \Temporary Internet Files directories of other users on the PC (my acct is admin level), it fails to delete those files. Is this a known bug, and can it please be fixed?

2> Can we get the program to empty *all* recycle bins on the PC? Currently, even as an admin, i can only seem to empty my own bin, and have to log into every other user's acct to empty theirs. Even when i include the RECYCLER directory in the C:\ drive. It would be nice to save all those extra steps. Can it already be done/will it be available?

3> Are there plans to include an auto-defrag function on files that have just been deleted? This would save a step later..

4> Are there plans to include the ability to delete System Restore points (like Windows cleanmgr, second tab, where you can delete all but the last restore point). Can that be added, or is it there and i'm not aware of where it is?

Again, besides these points, CCleaner does everything else i could imagine--very well!

Please advise..

Many thanks ~

Removal of System Restore points except for the most current one has existed for sometime now, it's located in:

Tools -> System Restore

Appreciated! How about the system-wide temp files/recycle bins, or defrag option?

Cheers ~

Ccleaner is only a current user cleaner. I highly doubt this will ever change. Please search the forum as we've answered a billion times why this is the case.
