System process cpu usage

in idle state (only browser pages open) the process called “system” cpu usage is 0,2 %.The total cpu usage is 1%.

When I run/open Speccy free the “system” process cpu usage is 4%. Is this normal?

The cpu usage of the application speccy is 0.1%

Maybe there is something wrong with the driver of speccy or I have malware?

Speccy using about 0.1% to 0.2% of CPU is normal, it constantly monitors various chip speeds and temperatures among other things.

Why the System is also using 4% may be totally unrelated to Speccy.

TBH though 4% CPU usage is fairly normal for a generally ‘idle’ state, It’s nothing to worry about at all.
