I received an email from noreply_survey@ccleaner.com. It’s dated 01/26/2026; today is 02/09/2026. I’m very behind on my emails due to health problems, computer problems, and smartphone problems. CCleaner wants me to take a survey; however, there is no mention of what support they may or may not have given me. Also, there is no thread I can’t honestly take this survey. I understand normally I would know exactly what it was about; however, I don’t. Is there any way I can find out what happened before I received this email on 01/26/2026?
It’s just a solicitation and not (IMHO) worth worrying about.

Thank you very much, Nergal. That’s mighty white of you (joking, Clint Eastwood had that line in a bunch of movies, I just got finished streaming one. Seriously, I have posted questions here in the community, and to me, they were important questions. Since I started to post in the community about a year ago, this security stuff was all new to me. I mean, I knew the basics; however, I wouldn’t know what something like the free tool AdwCleaner was if it jumped up and bit me in the asterisk. LOL Peace Out!
