Support is deplorable

? Submitted the support request last Saturday (July 13, 2024), received the reference number. Since then, nothing! Today is Wednesday, July 17, 2024!

I am a paid customer. Is this what they mean by "Priority customer support"??? Is this what they mean by answering "as soon as possible"?

If I do not get an answer by the end of the week, I'll cancel the subscription and go public with my experience. <span class="ipsEmoji">?</span><span class="ipsEmoji">?</span>
