Hi. I was chatting with the CCleaner support bot before being passed on to real person. During, and at the end of the chat I wanted to export / download the transcript of the chat by clicking the option that would do that.
It never arrived. I searched my whole PC drive for any activity which might look like a text file, to no avail.
The support staff member didn’t know where it should be sent. He assumed my downloads folder. It wasn’t there.
Any ideas where the file might have landed?
