Try looking in the following locations for flash cookies (settings.sol files).

If need be you can add either the locations (folders) or individual files to CCleaners "Include" feature. "CCleaner\Options\Include File or Folder". You will need to check the "Custom Files And Folders" box in "CCleaner\Windows\Advanced" for the "Include" to work.
Personally, I clean everything from these folders and have never encountered a problem through doing so.
There's a service on Adobe's site that takes care of just that. It's interactive so you click on the image and the little tabs on their site and the settings you choose will be stored to your PC.
I couldn't make it work. I remember thinking, that if Adobe stored this information on my PC as precisely a cookie I would probably die laughing...
