Today I learned that supercookies from the Adobe Flash Player are not removed from the computer. However, cleaning Flash Player checkbox is marked.
There where a huge number of supercookies stored on my computer.
Has someone an idea how this is possible?

Try looking in the following locations for flash cookies (settings.sol files).
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\#SharedObjects\Z9N7G7KH
Bold highlighted number will differ on your computer.

C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Macromedia\Flash Player\macromedia.com\support\flashplayer\sys
If need be you can add either the locations (folders) or individual files to CCleaners "Include" feature. "CCleaner\Options\Include File or Folder". You will need to check the "Custom Files And Folders" box in "CCleaner\Windows\Advanced" for the "Include" to work.
Personally, I clean everything from these folders and have never encountered a problem through doing so.

There's a service on Adobe's site that takes care of just that. It's interactive so you click on the image and the little tabs on their site and the settings you choose will be stored to your PC.
I couldn't make it work. I remember thinking, that if Adobe stored this information on my PC as precisely a cookie I would probably die laughing...

Whats the best way to locate these files in Vista? I read somewhere it's changed in Vista and harder to locate.
They're in a similar location, but it will be hidden by default apparently.
