Nitin, I apologize for this, but this is a user forum we have no control over billing/licensing. Also, this is a public forum it is beyond unwise to post your email, it brings spammers to both you and the website. I’ve redacted your email address.
While the developers rarely come to this forum, i do believe there is a lag in the license servers right now (with the release of ccleaner 7 this week). If the developers see this they will engage you to Private Message them and provide your email there. You can also use the support form to access a chat bot and then (at least twice) yell at the bot that you want a human, crazy weird routine but it’s worked for some..
