I am considering pro membership plan on my Android phone. Can I use the same license for my windows PC?
If you buy through the Play Store then no.
(You are paying Google, and the CCleaner Pro for Android is linked to your Google account. You do not get a licence key)
You can do it the other way round though:-
If you buy a multi-device licence from CCleaner, ie either CCleaner Pro+ (3-devices) or CCleaner Premium (5-devices) then that key can be used to activate CCleaner Android without paying for it again in the Play Store.
