Subscription renewel

On April 30th, I renewed my subscription for Ccleaner Premium, but I’m getting email stating I need to renew July 13 for another $79.95

The following, is my Cleverbridge reference number showing that I had already renewed.

Can someone look into this and fix it please and thank you.

We do not have access to accounts/billing/licencing here, this is a user forum.

You will need to contact support for licencing and account issues.

You can raise a support ticket by using the form here: CCleaner Support Community

However you should note that support are slow to answer these days and it can take a week or more for a registered customer to get a reply.

PS. You should never post personal reference numbers, or any other personal information, in plain sight on an open forum where anyone can see it.
(It could be copied and used to impersonate you).
