Yes.The above post is all about the support is run by a chat bot and 4 times I have tried the same method. Is there any method of getting any REAL support email address from there I can get a working license key?
The chat bot is supposed to pass you to a live agent if they are unable to sort out your problem.
Ask the bot to connect you to a live agent and see what happens.
It works, I have done it.
I had to ask twice and then the bot passed me to a person.

This error indicates that CCleaner is not able to connect to the licence server to validate the licence.
If you are using a VPN or firewall, please check if these could be blocking CCleaner’s access to our servers.
Additionally, if you are using any other type of security software, this may also block access.
