When doing a health check it gets stuck on "Patching up your PC". I upgraded to CCleaner Professional but it made not difference.
How far along the progress bar is it getting, if it's showing any progress at all?
Try disconnecting from the internet and then running Health Check.
Let us know how that goes.
Can you tell us what Windows version you are using.
If you are running an antivirus other than Defener please tell us what that is and the version number.
This problem has never occurred in the past. The only thing that has been changed is the CCleaner version....
What Windows are you using?
What AV are you using, and the version if it isn't Defender
We need that kind of info to see if there is anything common to those seeing this sticking, which may in turn point to where any problem may lie.
There is not progress showing on the bar. Turning off the internet made no difference. Windows 10 home ver: 22H2. Norton's 360
It had worked before and just started to hang up over the last week. I upgraded from the free program to Pro with no difference
