Ah i've found what's happened. Your program has edited and removed all file attributes on the executables on the drive for some reason.
You should really fix that.
I don't know what you mean by step 5, Recuva (free) only has three stages . Recuva does not change any attributes on any file on the source drive, so I've no idea what is happening with your drive.
It does have more than 3 stages and yes it does change attributes on files. Before using your program these files had compatibility and admin permissions, now they don't.
If it didn't do anything why would i be here? ?. I guess you're not willing to make your software better and would rather deny everything.
You must have a different Recuva from me then. However willing the moderators are here they don't write any of Piriform's code, nor do they deny much either.
