How do I have cccleaner stop removing my log-ins?

You need to configure the Cookies to Keep list if you haven't done so yet, see here:

Note that cookies to keep only works for custom clean and not health check.

Yes, and since I don't/won't use Health Check I always forget about it ignoring any user settings.
