I have encountered two major problems on my PC with CCleaner driver updates. Once I think it was with Oracle VM. And the latest with some Intel driver. In both cases the updates really screwed up my Windows 11 Professional installation.
I know I am not the only one. Not sure how many other came to complain.
I will never ever use CCleaner to update drivers on my Windows 11 Pro computer. Be Intel driver, Realtek PCIe drivers and so on. I HAD TERRIBLE problems, once I thought I would have to reinstall the entire Windows 11 Pro.
I am 100% certain that no one tested this software in the cases in which I had problems. And it cannot be that I am in an unique situation.
And I suggest to all users NEVER to use CCleaner Professional to update hardware drivers that it suggests to when the Windows 11 drivers say nothing about any new updates. NEVER!!!
