Windows 7 (x64) SP1 with all Microsoft updates installed
Chrome version 73.0.3683.103 (latest official build)
CCleaner version 5.56.7144 - No winapp2.ini file
Not a single cockie detected during analysis (as before)
With Vanilla chrome extension: 817 cookies detected and correctly cleaned
Where is the problem with CCleaner?

After I uninstall and reinstall CCleaner, things now work normally and Chrome cookies are identified again correctly. Don't know why but problem is solved
