Still no activation key

Last week paid for upgrade to Pro. Did not receive a key. Instead, received a prompt telling me I did not have a valid email address. Subsequently, I have communicated with support using that email address. It is valid. support requested proof of purchase, credit card statement. I provided it. Now support says it must have the “Key” in order to return my money. I never received the key. Nothing but circular reasoning to avoid giving me a key or refund.

I will dispute this charge.

I cannot supply he key no I never received. The copy of the credit card statement provides the date and proof of purchase. These messages from support merely give the impression of trying to solve the problem while purposely not doing so.
