Purchased Maio 11 (Your Cleverbridge reference number: 490787131) - submitted my cashback claim and received confirmation set 24th stating I would receive my cashback in 30 days.
I’ve since checked my original payment method and have still not received my cashback. The ability to reach any sort of help on this matter is non-existent so I’ve turned to this forum as a last resort before moving on to X and other social media platforms to try to get assistance. Please reach out to me with a solution as soon as possible.

Once you submit the form you will be given a support ticket/ID number onscreen, with a summary of your request. Below that is the button to go straight into the ‘Live Chat’ where a virtual assistant will try to help you.
