Ccleaner Startup is so thorough that I want to start usining it as my full-time startup control application. There are two things holding me back:
I need to be able to execute the command. Many of the items have command line perameters added so launching through Explorer won't help. I use this when I've decided to disable an item, or I closed it, and I want to open it again, quickly. I also use it to test my newly created startup commands.
Second, I need to be able to create new startup items. I use this feature a lot in another app but that one isn't as thorough as ccleaner.
Editing would be nice as well but I can always create a new item and delete the old one to do that. I can understand if it isn't appropriate for the general user.
I just want to give the developers a thumbs up on this feature actually. I am very pleased with its accuracy. I think you guys have hit the fine line between excessive and incomplete. Any more analaysis should be done with something like Autoruns by Sysinternals.
Thanks a lot!
