After downloading CCleaner yesterday, the icon appeared on the desktop. I do not find an option to start cleaner when I double click on the icon. I am not the most sophisticated computer user so may benefit from step by step guidance.

Did you make sure you chose "save" and not "open" when you were downloading the program? Any more problems still let us know.
