I use CCleaner to delete start up programs to speed up my computer. But I can't delete disabled items.
When I open start-up programs in task manager. These programs won't show as in Ccleaner.
I have tried to uninstall and reinstall it twice but no thing happens.
Please help me.
That's because disabled startup programs are stored elsewhere in the registry. It's the same if you disable a program startup via CCleaner or MSCONFIG, and then uninstall that program, it would still be stored in the disabled area.
You can also delete the Realtek item. I experienced it does not make any difference.

Some things for devices installed in the system will re-register as a startup.
