Start Menu Shortcuts not deleted

I have CCleaner 3.04.1389(64-bit) installed and when I tick >System>Start Menu Shortcuts the shortcuts still remain in the start menu.

In other words, the shortcuts aren't being deleted.

This is on Windows 7 x64 Home Premium.

They won't be deleted if they are still valid. Start Menu Shortcuts

Sorry, I misunderstood what that setting meant.

Guess I'll just 'reset' the start menu manually as always. :)
