I was trying to figure out how to do this, if even possible.
I want to send a user speccy, it will gather there info and automatically send it back to me.
Is this possible?

none of that is automatically possible.
the target PC will need to install Speccy, manually run it, and either take a snapshot or save Speccy's info as a XML or text file.
