My copy of Speccy (pro) - v.1.32.740 (64 bit) - reports and downloads a 'latest version' (v. 1.32.803) but appears not to install it. i.e. an update isn't showing in the version panel in the lower left corner of the open screen. Are others seeing this and/or have a solution?
I updated mine some time ago without any problem.
What is happening when you click the 'Yes' button to install?
If it's downloading 'spsetup132.exe' sucessfully then double click that downloaded file to do the actual install.
PS. This update did not change anything functional in Speccy, it was all about licence keys.

Thanks for the response. The download ribbon runs its course and closes but nothing follows. If the the app is closed and re-opened, the update again downloads .. nothing further. A file search across C:/ fails to locate 'spsetup132.exe'
OK then, let's do the update a different way.
Go to this page and download the installer from there: https://www.ccleaner.com/speccy/builds
Your browser should ask you if you want to save it, click 'Save File' and that should put 'spsetup132.exe' into your 'Downloads' folder.
(You can see from the screenshot below that I've just done it here about 8 minutes ago, I was checking if it was downloading as it should).
Double-click on that downloaded setup file to install the new version, there's no need to uninstall the old one first it will just replace it.
(I also reinstalled it here to check that too).
You can delete the setup file from the Downloads folder, if you want to, once the new version of Speccy has been installed.
Great! Worked a treat.
For the info of the development team, this was an issue encountered on three machines - laptop and desktop running Win10 pro (64bit) and another laptop with Win7 pro(64bit). All were remedied with the downloaded set-up file.
Thanks 'nukecad' !
