Speccy - The specified service does not exist as an installed service

Just install Speccy

The only thing is states under each topic is this:

"The specified service does not exist as an installed service."

How do I fix this so it reads my pc settings?

Make sure wmi service is not disabled

- The socalled WMI sub-system has been corrupted. WMI is used to pull up A LOT OF info from your system. There's a program that can fix that. Tweaking's Windows Repair.

http://www.tweaking.com/

It can fix A LOT OF things incl. WMI. Run - at least - repairs #4 & #5 under tab #5 ("Repairs").

- Keep us posted.

I ran the Tweaking.com program. Took a lot of time but I followed the directions to the letter.

My system starts faster, the issue is resolved. Speccy is running great. Thanks so much for your help.

- Good to hear that it worked out well for you.

- If Windows doesn't give you loads of errors (next time) then you also can run the repairs only and skip the "optional" steps. Just see what works out best for you.
