however, you've provided 0 information, are you running the 64bit version of speccy (I'm only guessing that it's 64bit as you've 16GB of RAM). How new is this processor, can other spec programs identify it?

CPU-Z and HWmonitor both detect that CPU fine, this PC has also been formatted 2 times and all the times i have had Speccy installed it always showed the same thing
