Speccy doesn't see external USB drives - at least not on my system. It doesn't know they are there (I have two external drives going now).
It would be nice to be able to see the SMART data from these.
Speccy & Wndows versions?
HDD & motherboard models?
Have you checked if the drives are listed under "Peripherals" in Speccy?
