I can't see the temperature on my CPU, RAM and motherboard.
Please help me to fix that.

Your screenshot shows an overview.
If you click CPU or Motherboard in the list on the left it will show you more details.

Maybe the motherboard doesn't report that data to WMI?

if it's your firmware not talking to Microsoft's WMI service, you should see the same lack of data reporting if you use any sort of Speccy equivalent hardware investigating software.
if they work OK, then it is a Speccy issue.

you have .165
latest is .191
long shot granted but worth updating just to cross that off the list.
also, do a reboot, heck, again, just in case it helps.
have you tried reinstalling Speccy? (throwing ideas out there now)
these other programs, have you tried CrystalDiskInfo and HD Tune?
I note that winver is showing you have Windows 10 "Enterprise" edition, is this a company computer?
Enterprise is used by medium/large organisations, and is (officially) only available through Microsoft's Volume Licencing programme.
It is typically used when a company supplies devices to a 'mobile' or 'remote' workforce.
Presumably this is a company computer, connected to a company network, managed by company IT/Admin?
If something has suddenly changed it may well be that the company IT/Admin have changed it.
I would suggest that you contact your IT department to ask if they have restricted access to something recently.
Quote

Enterprise also has AppLocker, which allows administrators to restrict access to certain apps on any number of devices, essential for any company with a mobile workforce.

good pickup nukecad.
I'm so ingrained into not reading those EULA-like paragraphs that I never knew winver even told you the operating system in that section.
something new learnt today - woohoo.
