This compact disc (“CD”) product contains standard so-called “Red Book”-compliant audio files that can be played on any standard CD player, including those contained in many personal home computer systems.

RedBook standards don't include any form of data on audio CDs let alone f'n rootkits, that's why music CDs - I won't call them audio CDs hence they aren't don't have the CD Digital Audio logo on them. Looks like recording companies are trying to rewrite RedBook standards all on their own, which isn't a first with recording companies since they release discs without any gaps between tracks and since the introduction of using 80 MIN CDs for some releases when the RedBook standards only allows for 74 MIN CDs.
