I get this error everytime i try to move files to recycle bin even tried reboot
Sounds like one or more of the files you’re trying to move are protected. are you trying to remove system or application files?

As Nergal has suggested, this is because some of the files you are deleting or moving to the recycle bin are either in use or protected.
