[Solution] When CCleaner doesn't show System Restore Points (Windows)

Solution: When CCleaner doesn't show System Restore Points (Windows)

Info:
When trying to manage System Restore Points via CCleaner in 'Tools > System Restore' you may run into the issue where Restore Points aren't shown, even though when you look in Windows built-in System Restore tool it will show them.

Why does this happen:
* This can occur when there's corruption in the System Volume Information ("Restore Point").
* In Windows 10 System Restore may not be enabled. See the <a href="<___base_url___>/topic/44795-solution-when-ccleaner-doesnt-show-system-restore-points-windows/?do=findComment&amp;comment=300903" rel="">second post in this topic</a>.
How to fix:
1. Turn off System Restore. This removes all restore points, including any which may be corrupted.
2. Turn on System Restore.

In Windows 10 System Restore may have never been turned on (enabled).
