Software Updater shows wrong Opera version

Hi, thanks for being here!
CCleaner showed me that my Opera version needs updating, but wasn’t able to do it:

I then had Opera update itself, but even after restarting the PC (Windows 10 Pro), it still shows the old version:

What can I do to help ccleaner recognize the current Opera version?
Many thanks in advance
Frank
PS: I tried hard to get rid of the »Apple mobile device support« app, even by using Revo Uninstaller. It’s still there. Any idea?
PPS: I the upload function of this editor, but when I tried to create the topic, got the message: »An error occurred: Sorry, you can’t embed media items in a post.« What is going wrong here?

Sometimes the Software Updater can ‘see’ a new version before the software company is ready to dole it out to you/your machine.

In such cases if you wait a while then the software itself will tell you when they are ready to give it to you.

Sometimes you can go to their website and download the new one there so you jump the distribution throttle/queue.

As for the attaching thing then having just registered to the new forum platform you will be a ‘new member’ so will have restricted permissions until you have interacted some more
