A week ago I updated the software as prompted, and since then I haven’t been able to run any scans or anything because it’s stuck in the same state as in the screenshot. I’ve left it for hours, but it’s stuck there and I can’t use CCleaner.
Well, I solved it by downloading the installer again and reinstalling it. Cheers.
